I have not received this product!! There is no reply from your end.
This is my second purchase of the same claw and broke the second I opened it both the times. I thought the first time it was my mistake that it broke, but in the second time it happened again. Really liked the design that’s why ordered it again. Disappointed!!!
Bought this and when I went to use it the first time it came apart. Could not do anything with it and had to discard it.
Bought three of these and all broke in jus opening and on a single use… Almost other stuff that I bought was extremely good but these claws are worst quality….
